We believe great coffee should be as kind to the planet as it is to your taste buds. That’s why we’ve developed biodegradable capsules made from coffee waste, free from plastic and aluminum. Crafted from a natural byproduct of the roasting process that would otherwise go to waste, they represent more than a new capsule. Why move away from aluminum and plastic?

Traditional coffee capsules rely on materials with a significant environmental footprint. Aluminum is energy intensive to produce, and while it can be recycled, plastic and silicone components often cannot. Plastic, in particular, can remain in nature for centuries without fully breaking down. Our solution is smarter and more circular. By upcycling coffee silverskin, the thin layer naturally released during roasting, we create a bio based material for our capsules. Rich in potential and containing up to 86% soluble dietary fiber, this once discarded material now sits at the heart of our sustainability journey.

The result is a compostable, high performance capsule that delivers the same premium quality without the environmental cost.
