Absolutely. Our service packages are available at any time, including during the warranty period. If you feel your machine would benefit from a professional inspection, cleaning, or refresh, you're welcome to book a service whenever you like.
No, our service offering is currently available for The Original only.
If your machine is still within its warranty period and we identify a fault covered by the warranty, the repair will be carried out free of charge. We will contact you to explain the issue, and your service fee will be fully refunded.
